SmartCon360's most mature parts — what's genuinely solid

Last time I wrote the gaps openly. Now the other side of the coin — what's mature and tested in production:

1. BIM → WBS/LBS pipeline (~3.9k lines, 12+ tests). Geometry is read from the IFC file with ifcopenshell, quantities extracted, classified, and the WBS + LBS hierarchy generated. The most mature, most-tested module.

2. 42 deterministic report generators (~8k lines). EVM, cash flow, S-curve, flowline, risk, ESG + Türkiye-specific EKAP progress payments / green ledger. They all run without AI — Layer 1 core.

3. Man-hour engine — dual-track. Man-hours computed two ways: LBMS (location-based) + Work Density (area-based); crew-fit analysis + a field calibration loop. Faithful to the academic literature (Kenley & Seppänen).

4. Last Planner System. PPC (Percent Plan Complete), constraint-removal rate, a 6-week lookahead window — the operational heart of Lean.

What they all have in common: not empty words, but verifiable from the code. Which one should I open up?
