What is SmartCon360?

A unified cloud platform for planning and managing construction projects. It brings Location-Based Management (LBMS), Takt Time, Last Planner, Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and EVM together in a single interface.

Who is it for?

General contractors, subcontractors, planning and field teams, project controls and cost specialists — anyone who wants to bring the plan closer to reality on site.

Do I need to know these methods already?

No. It ships with SmartCon360 Academy, which teaches the method inside the platform that runs it, with role-based learning paths and guided tasks on a sample project.

What is the role of AI?

AI is a tool, not the center. Every suggestion is decision support; its rationale and source are shown, and the manual path always works. The final decision is always yours.

Is my data secure?

Data is encrypted in transit, and development and production are isolated with separate databases and separate keys. See Security and the Privacy Policy for details.

Is my data mine?

Yes. The data you enter into your projects belongs to you; we do not use it for advertising and do not sell it. You can request access, export and deletion at any time.

Can I start for free?

Yes, you can create an account and start for free. For paid plans and credit-based usage, contact us.

Can I sign in with Google?

Yes. You can sign in with your Google account in one click, or register with email and password if you prefer.
